You own your account data and the content of your store. Juvay does not claim ownership of merchant listings, product photos, or customer orders. We store them to run the platform. We do not sell your personal data.
When you sign up we collect name, email, and a hashed password. If you open a store we also store the store name, slug, category, pickup or delivery notes, and any Wam handle you choose to provide. Orders store the buyer details the merchant needs to fulfil a cash pickup or cash-on-delivery sale.
We use this data to create your account, publish your store at a juvay.app URL, show empty catalogues as empty, and operate cash pickup and COD. We do not use it to invent social proof or seed fake shops.
The site and API run on our own servers. Email or SMS providers may see an address or phone if you ask us to send a message. There is no PayPal checkout on Juvay.
You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at support@juvay.app. Deleting an account removes login access. We may keep completed order records the law requires.
Passwords are hashed. The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS. We cannot promise that no breach will ever occur.
