Juvay is a commerce platform. Merchants can publish a store at a juvay.app slug, list products they actually sell, and accept cash at pickup and cash on delivery. Juvay does not employ merchants, drivers, or buyers and does not take possession of goods.
You must create an account with a real email and a password of at least 8 characters. You are responsible for that account. Do not share it. You must be 18 or older to sell.
You own the goods and the listing copy you publish. Do not invent prices, stock, reviews, or shops that do not exist. The free plan includes 5 product listings. Juvay may remove listings that are illegal, misleading, or unsafe.
Until a Wam key is configured on the server, the only checkout methods Juvay offers are cash at pickup and cash on delivery. Exact cash is expected unless the merchant agrees otherwise. Juvay does not process PayPal, Stripe, or WiPay charges. A Wam charge, when enabled, is the face amount only — any processing estimate shown in the UI is display-only and is not added to the charge. Juvay does not automatically mark an order fulfilled because a payment was attempted.
Seller payouts are human remittance. Juvay does not run a Connect-style split to invented seller wallets. A seller Wam handle is required before that seller can offer a paid (non-cash) rail.
Merchants, drivers, and other providers are independent contractors. They handle their own taxes, licences, and insurance.
Juvay provides software. We are not liable for the quality, delivery, or legality of a merchant’s goods, or for disputes between buyers and sellers, to the extent the law allows.
